Savick is a company located near Edmonton, Alberta that specializes in prefabricated, low energy buildings. We take local straw and lumber to create solutions that improve the construction industry one project at a time.
Our flexible methodologies allow us to work on a variety of projects, from multifamily builds that require large cranes and complex building information models, to small sheds and backyard suites. As a process driven company, Savick focuses on the value adding work that improves the strength, resiliency, and performance of our builds.

There is a gap between scaled, modern construction practices and low energy building methodologies. This has forced far too many folks to spend their lives in unaffordable, uncomfortable, and inefficient spaces.
Savick was founded because this isn’t right.
We have been researching, demonstrating, and delivering low energy building envelope and structural solutions since 2022. We are proud of the positive benefits we have helped accrue to the people who live, work, and recreate in the spaces we have a hand in creating; and we are just getting started.
